You Are Intuitive: Inner Connection for Inter-Connection

“You are Intuitive” workshop is for anyone who wishes to learn skills to tap into their inner wisdom through the four elements and inner sense channels.

This workshop bridges insights from Sophie’s newest book, “The Intuition Experiment” where she spent over a year ruthlessly committed to uncovering how to live into authentic wholeness one journal entry at a time.

We will spend the first part of the workshop cultivating skills of inner awareness and connection, with the second half playfully connecting to the “outside” – through relational meditation practices and intention setting. Finally, we will have time in the end for group reflection.

Sophie Jacobs is a former Buddhist monastic, psychology graduate, and meditation coach for college students, healthcare professionals, and entrepreneurs across the country. She is also a contributing blogger for Dharma Gates. Sophie’s passion for awakening the inherent wisdom within through her year-long experiment to learn about intuition led to her writing debut: The Intuition Experiment. Sophie considers herself a “bridge worker”: someone who can navigate between worlds to help others not only in transition but in connection. Ultimately she hopes to assist others in bridging their hearts and minds to awaken their inherent, authentic wisdom.
