Join Maura Lee and Karen Crow of Demun Healing for an evening of Sound Healing & Deep Rest. In this small‑group experience, Karen will create a soothing soundscape with crystal singing bowls while Maura guides you through a deeply relaxing, body‑based meditation. The session closes with the grounding resonance of the gong, inviting your whole system into spacious rest. A gentle, restorative pause for your mind, body, and spirit. Please bring anything that helps you rest comfortably on the floor: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye cover. A journal is welcome if you’d like to capture reflections afterward.
