Open to women who have a mom, lost a mom or are a mom!

Our first gathering will open to the moment with a lively conversation about moms and motherhood. Conversation will be free flow–sharing stories, asking questions, listening to each other, maybe laughing, maybe crying, to gain clarity around that loaded three-letter word….MOM. We will gather in a safe space for women to speak about motherhood and daughterhood, the challenges and joys. I hope you will join me in this journey beginning and ending with simply following the breath.

I read this recently:  “The feeling of ‘I want my mom’ has no age limit, no time limit and no distance limit.” I ask the simple question…”Why?”

Bring a journal, maybe a blanket (it will be February) and yourself.
