MOTHERHOOD Series: Nutrition and Wellness for Moms (& babes)

March 8 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
$20

Entering motherhood is like turning a page in life that forever changes you. It is a moment filled with joy, excitement and sometimes trepidation. Will everything be okay? What should I be doing to take care of myself and the developing baby? How do recover after delivery? These questions and more are part of the beautiful transition into motherhood for the first-time and frankly…every time.

Come learn some guiding principles about feeding your fertile body and how that nourishment carries through to your newborn, toddler, or child. Eating for health is not difficult but there is a ton of competing information out there that can make it very confusing.

In this class you will learn to gat back to basics to:
– Distinguish between food based and synthetic nutrition and which is best
– Learn how to prep your body to improve your chances of conception
– Detox tools that are safe to use before, during and after pregnancy
– Key pointers around setting up a safe home for baby
– Nutrients to bring on board to support baby’s immune system and growing body

Cost: $20 – Pay at the door

About the Presenter:The idea of studying nutrition was a foreign concept to Cole who felt as though she was “fairly healthy” throughout her life. That all changed when a family member was diagnosed with cancer. As is typical upon hearing this news, Cole dipped into major information-seeking mode and discovered the power of nutrition as a supportive therapy to fighting and preventing disease. And so it began. She completed her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification in June of 2017 and then went on to train with the RESTART program in 2018. As a RESTART instructor she helps clients understand the strong link between what we eat and how we look & feel. She wants EVERYone, especially our children, to understand the importance of “getting in the good and crowding out the bad.” As her studies into nutrition developed, so did the spiritual aspects of self because the two are so tightly linked. In the fall of 2017 she began her energetic exploration with Pranic Healing and Reiki. She also expanded her nutritional base to include insights from Anthony William, the Medical Medium. No one knows what the future will bring but she is thrilled to be a part of Demun Healing which puts her in a front row seat to all the beautiful healing modalities and practitioners the area has to offer.
