Zoom Mindfulness and Meditation Mondays

These online meditations have been well received and Zack is pleased to offer another event this evening through Zoom. For many of us, the isolation that this quarantine brings can have an effect on our energy body. Physical movement and social engagement, amongst other things, keeps the energy moving throughout our body in a cohesive manner. Unfortunately, disruption in our daily routines can leave many of us feeling stagnant.
As some attendees requested last week, today’s meditation will provide tools to sense where there is energetic “stuckness” and remove any blocks we feel internally. For those of you interested in Reiki or Pranic healing, this will be a great meditation to attend online. Everything in our universe is energy, and human beings do have a bio-energy field that surrounds the physical body. Through the use of intention and meditative techniques, we can interact with our own energy field and promote wellness and harmony within our overall being.

About the Presenter:
Zack Alexander is a former WashU Law student. He left school early to pursue his passion and opened his private practice. Zack is a Mindfulness and Reiki practitioner. In the past seven years, he has been trained in various forms of mindfulness and meditation. His studies have enabled him to develop a holistic approach to healing that starts from within. He loves what he does and believes that raising our level of awareness will create a healthier and safer society for all of us to live in.
