Free: Mindfulness and Meditation Mondays
January 13 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
In each session, we will practice meditation to help ground ourselves into our bodies and gain greater awareness of our thought process. This will allow us to control our mind rather than let our mind control us.
No previous experience necessary. Open to anyone 16 years or older.
About the Presenter:
Zack Alexander is a former WashU Law student. He left school early to pursue his passion and opened his private practice. Zack is a Mindfulness and Reiki practitioner. In the past seven years, he has been trained in various forms of mindfulness and meditation. His studies have enabled him to develop a holistic approach to healing that starts from within. He loves what he does and believes that raising our level of awareness will create a healthier and safer society for all of us to live in.
