Join Susan Sanders for this free introduction to TRE® (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises). She will be discussing what it is, the history behind it, how & why it works and the reported benefits. You’ll explore different forms of stress in your own life & sources you may not have considered, how cultural constraints prevent your nervous system from discharging energy and how to recognize & allow the natural process of energy release.
Susan was introduced to TRE® in 2013 and began using it regularly to reduce and manage stress. After experiencing a decrease in back pain; better sleep; reduced symptoms of PTSD & the ability to better handle stressful situations, she wanted to share it with others. Once she completed the certification process, she transitioned out of a career in Social Services, opened her own practice & currently conducts workshops, individual & informational sessions throughout the St. Louis Metro area, Metro East & the state of Missouri.
