Are you or someone you know going through the coming out process?  It’s not easy.  Being honest with yourself about who are you is only the first step.  Revealing your truth to family, friends, and society at large, can feel…well, daunting.

The emotional toll that can take on or mind, body, and emotions can leave you feeling alone and unsupported.  It doesn’t have to feel that way.

Please join me for an introduction to EFT class where I can show you how to:

• Use tapping as self-administered tool you can use anywhere, anytime
• Identify the emotion in the body around the topic you are struggling with at the moment
• Identity where in the body this emotion is showing up

Clear it from your system, so that you calm your nervous system, and be able to make better decisions and not stay stuck in survival mode.

Rachel E. Davis (she, her, hers) is a certified and accredited EFT Practitioner and studied with the EFT Tapping Training Institute.  She is a member of the non-profit EFT International, a governing body dedicated to the advancement and research of EFT globally.

Rachel is also a certified Breathwork coach, earning her certification from the Healing Arts Center, in St. Louis, MO in 2017.

Rachel is a licensed massage therapist since 2000.

Rachel is dedicated to assisting the LGBTQ+ community and those individuals who are going through the coming out process, as well as the family members and friends who wish to get the support they need at such a crucial time for their loved ones.
