Primordial Sound Meditation
Developed by Deepak Chopra MD

Learn to live mindfully, choosing love over fear and peace over being held captive by a thought. You’ll receive a personal mantra chosen for you from the Deepak Chopra Center. Meditation can train your brain to new ways of thinking to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression; to increase focus, optimism, and motivation; and to enliven our inner healer for a multitude of physical benefits. If you’re ready to identify with a higher vision of our life, Primordial Sound Meditation is the practice that will open the path for you.

Primordial Sound Meditation is easy to learn and effortless to practice, whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced meditator.
During this session, you’ll receive your personal mantra; in-depth instruction to develop and deepen your practice; techniques to manifest by using intention; group practice; and recommendations for bringing the benefits into your daily life. Through the use of a Sanskrit mantra, your mind will slip effortlessly beneath your thoughts and emotional turbulence, and benefits will begin to grow.

Live with intention, ease, and grace. The inner changes you desire will naturally unfold as you bring the benefits of meditation into your daily life.
