MOTHERHOOD Series: Healing Your Birth Story

Come and connect with other moms about your birthing experience. Many women do not have the birth experience they were expecting and sometimes giving birth can be traumatic. This is a place to process your birthing experience in a safe and supportive environment. You will also gain strategies to help you find peace with your birth story.

Snacks and light refreshments will be served.

This workshop will be facilitated by Gina Rocchio-Gymer, MSW, LCSW, a clinical social worker who specializes in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Gina is passionate about helping mothers and families feel more connected and confident through their birth and parenting journey. Gina is a co-coordinator in Missouri for Postpartum Support International.
