Cole McBride

Owner and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

“Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against nature. When enough sins have accumulated, illnesses suddenly appear.” – Hippocrates

The idea of studying nutrition was a foreign concept to Cole who felt as though she was “fairly healthy” throughout her life. That all changed when a family member was diagnosed with cancer. As is typical upon hearing this news, Cole dipped into major information-seeking mode and discovered the power of nutrition as a supportive therapy to fighting and preventing disease. And so it began. She completed her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification in June of 2017 and then went on to train with the RESTART program in 2018.  She wants EVERYone, especially our children, to understand the importance of “getting in the good and crowding out the bad.” As her studies into nutrition developed, so did the spiritual aspects of self because the two are so tightly linked. In the fall of 2017 she began her energetic exploration with Pranic Healing and Reiki. She also expanded her nutritional base to include insights from Anthony William, the Medical Medium. No one knows what the future will bring but she is thrilled to be a part of Demun Healing which puts her in a front row seat to all the beautiful healing modalities and practitioners the area has to offer.

Cole’s Services

One-on-One Nutrition Consulting

Work with Cole to learn how to shift your thinking from a calorie-based approach to a nutrient-based approach when making food choices. She works on the assumption that the body can heal when given the right nutrition and when toxins are removed from the food, body, and environment. She shares it all and holds nothing back because she is passionate about helping everyone be their best selves so they can achieve their life’s mission. The format of the sessions is focused on education and in addressing those aspects of self that may extend beyond just food. She encourages you to tap into your intuition, get educated, and she may suggest bringing in meditation, forgiveness, or energy healing as the needs reveal themselves.

Session 1: Begins with a detailed health history and some goal-setting based on what the client is looking to accomplish and his or her willingness to make changes. This session also includes review of a food journal that the client records in the week or so prior to the appointment. In the first session, Cole and the client come up with an agreement about what changes will be incorporated right away.

Session 2: The second session will take place 2 to 4 weeks after the first, dependent on client needs. In this session we will follow up on changes made to date and talk about improvements and challenges experienced to date. This session will include a review of the client’s symptom burden graph which indicates the level of dysfunction across the various systems of the body. This will help prioritize the next round of recommendations which will include dietary changes mostly in accordance with the principal of: “Eat real food from nature” with some practical tips on how to set yourself up for success as we navigate food choices throughout the day. This may cover topics such as hydration, food combining, elimination and body cycles.

Session 3: Usually takes place 2 to 4 weeks after the second session and might include a second review of an updated symptom burden graph to see where improvements have occurred and what systems are still out of balance. This session will continue the discussion around proper function of the body and how best to support that through our daily food choices and daily food habits. Clients will leave this session with a firm understanding of how to nutrify the body as well as common items to avoid that undermine healthy function.

Cost of a 90-minute session is $90. Cost of a 3-session pack is $250.
