Alexis Hendrickson, BS, LMT, MMMP is a master medical massage practitioner and a licensed massage therapist. She completed her massage training in December 2018 and Medical Massage certification shortly after. In 2021, she received her Bachelor’s from Columbia College where she studied Biology, Marketing, and Business. Aside from massage and helping her clients, Alexis enjoys lifting, hiking, yoga, road trips, and spending time in her garden with her chickens.

Stasis Massage
Alexis’s bodywork can be classified as deep tissue, orthopedic massage, and myofascial release. Her work is based on the principle of ‘stasis’ which means to bring the body into balance. Maintaining balance in your life (body/mind/spirit) is a vital component of all-around healthy living. In her session, she focuses on the restoration of the physical body, which can include:
- postural deviations
- joint range of motion
- fascial plasticity
- muscular imbalances
- neuromuscular pathways
Identifying and correcting the root cause of pain is the most effective way of managing it.
Cost of a session is $100 for 75 minutes or $120 for 90 minutes. Flat rates (no gratuity).
